Personal illness brain malfuction

I am male, 36 years old, was bitten by a mqsitio 2 years ago and had many brain realated problems, 2 years later im having them still, but more in a direct way. I work in a high stress job, very demanding life depend on my everyday. some of the think i forget are: how to sign my name, math probles on a elemtrey level. I have what i call black out spells, someone can wake my up from a chair with my eyes wide open. and i dont recal how long i was like that or what happen, happens when i drive or work. but also seems that my subcousions mind just takes over.
