Are you referring to SSRI medication? They can make orgasm difficult. There are alternative medicines which may not have this effect, see this article.

In general, I would recommend psychotherapy rather than medicines for anxiety. Good psychotherapy is often very effective against anxiety and does not have the side effects of medicines.
