hello, I always fell my self very insecure and this situation give me a lot of problems not also at work but in the relations with all kind of people. I am feeling very lonely nowadays and I donīt know who to start to solve my problem. Thank you very much

If there are psychotherapy groups where you live, join one of them. Otherwise join a society with interests that you share. Being alone will only make things worse. Practice makes perfect.
