question
My boyfriend and I have been together for almost 3 years and specially in the beginning, it was a perfect and beautiful relationship. But in the last year and a half he started to act different and that bring a lot of insecurity to the relationship, and we started to fight a lot. These fights had become impossible, so much that it had bring many other problems. We had tried to break up four times already but always come back together because we both love each other so much.We have tried to change things but it has become worse and worse, so much that we both are in a deep depression, and we dont know what to do. We know its not a healthy relationship, but we dont know what to do to heal it.I know I love him so much I can sacrifice and change but he is loosing hope. I know he loves as much as I do and I understand he is loosing hope after so many horrible fights. But its like if ts a never ending vicious circle, from which we cant get out by ourselves. What can we do to get out of that circle?

Live in different places. See each other when you are both in a good mood. Leave each other when you start fighting. Everybody does what they want to do and when the two of you want the same thing at the same time, you do it together. Respect each other. Never try to force your own will on the partner. Just ask and respect the answer. See a family therapist.
