I have recently received news that has been quite devestating. I cry alot and at other times I just feel numb. I've suffered many tragedies in my life and now I'm faced with one more. I simply don't feel like I can survive this one. I'm tired and I really just want to lay down and die. I don't have the courage to kill myself or I would. My husband is very angry with me because I can't stop crying. I just can't seem to function normally anymore. Am I having a nervous breakdown?
