I get plenty of sleep at night like maybe 10 hours each night. During the day, I keep on yawning. Sometimes it is not easy to do. What could be wrong?

There is an illness named narcolepsy. It's symptoms are excessive sleep, sleepiness all day and falling asleep in the middle of the day. See a medical doctor for diagnosis and perhaps treatment.
