question
Hello, I am a 14 year old male. Fairly recently, when ever anyone has touched me, for example on my hand, shoulder, or back; I have started shaking and feeling very claustrophobic, I feel scared, and anxious. I start to go into a Panic attack, luckily I have been able to stop the actual attack by meditating and reciting peotry in my mind during school so far, but I worry that I may not be able to do this in school without being reprimanded or that I may not be able to stop it at all, also stoping it ends up taking out a lot of my physical and mental energy. Since this has started happening my hands have been shaking quite violently it's been disruptive in classes such as Keyboarding. I was simply wondering if there was anything that I could and/or should do to stop this.

Do not stop it. Try to make it worse. Go to the toilet if you feel like being alone. Stay there until the panic attack is over. It feels terrible, but is not dangerous. If you try to stop it, it will only get worse.
