this has been an on going symptoms. i have been told i have low blood pressure from time to time and in the past have had what i thoughht was at moments a a skipped beat or something that just passes .i recently was laying down and felt my heart what i can only describe as a twitch which wasnt painful but it lasted a min or so it was highly irregular kinda felt like a spasm but afterward it was a lil difficult to catch my breath and felt like i did some stressfull exercise . i usually only sleep about or around 5 hrs a night .when i wake up im not tired and i feel rested . i do have a little stress recently but i have had this issuee for a while i can remember it as ealry as15 . though it doesnt happen consistently it is reoccurring. i do not have insurance and get no assistance . so i am reluctant to visit a dr office just to hear its normal or not a big deal but it has gotten a little more often and i am about to be 33 and would like some direction or at least some advise about my symptoms and whats out there as far as a cure if any also just how seerious can this be ? am i at risk for a heart attck or stroke ? are these warning signs ?i would appreciate any help on this matter as soon as possible and thank you for taking the time to read this

If a medical doctor cannot find anything wrong with you, your problems might be due to anxiety. If so, it is not dangerous although it feels terrible. Just lie down and contact your feelings until you feel alright again.
