I am 25yrs old is it common for someone with dissociative disorder and paranoria not to remember their childhood at all.

Yes, it happens. In psychotherapy, however, it is often possible to become aware of suppressed memories.

Paranoia often includes a falsified understanding of reality. This can, of course, mean that childhood memories are also distorted.
