I'm learning about mentel health and different disorders in school, and I can't help but notice I have many symptoms of things such as depression, anorexia etc...am I just paranoid? I have a history of being obsessed about my weight, and I tend to get very down often...usually just before bed. How do I know if it's just normal feelings? -Brit 17
