I have extreme issues with communication. I find it very difficult to initiate a conversation with anyone. At work, people that dont know me think that I'm arrogant. I don't know how to overcome this problem. I think that my shyness is affecting a promotion that I know I deserve. please help

If there are nice people around, you can write them a letter and explain your shyness. Ask them to help you by initiate conversations with you.
