Recently (past year) my body has been reacting differently to stress/problems. The level of stresses in my life is not any different. However, I now experience feelings of nausea, upset stomach, anxiety and loss of appetite. In the past I have not suffered with any of these. I'm not sure why this is happening or what to do - I've always been a well balanced person and tackled things to my best ability with a realistic (ish!) approach as to what I can/can't do. It's very odd and a little frightening. I feel almost like a different person! I'd appreciate any advise you could give me. Many thanks.
Even if you could handle more stress before, you need to accept the person you are today when deciding how much stress and problems you can handle. Did something happen to you before you started being more vulnerable to stress?
