My daughter is 4 years old. Yesterday, she jumped on my bed and hugged me. We were having a normal conversation and she said out of context. "Tiffany", licked my private. "Tiffany, is an 9 year old girl. I believe my daughter. I asked Tiffany and she denied it. What bothers me is that she showed no emotion. How can I find out the truth?
