I m 39, my wife 32. After 2 years of our marriage I have started fantasizing my wife having sex with other men. My wife is least interested in any sex. So even at this age I masturbate. While masturbating I imagine my wife having sex with other men particularly younger men 18 - 24.
Pls. let me know the exact medical term for this disorder and remedy.

It is not a disorder. Everybody has sexual fantasies that would be pecculiar if they happened in reality. You use the fantasy to reach orgasm. Just accept it and enjoy it. There is nothing wrong with you.
