For 6 years i havent been eatting regular. i dont eat breakfast or lunch but when i get home i over eat and then i get depressed...but i want to know what doctors call this...is it a weight phobia or a true eatting disorder? what should i do to change my train of thought? so the problem doesnt get out of hand (if i do have a true problem).
People suffering from Binge Eating Disorder overeat and put on weight. People suffering from Bulimia nervosa overeat but keep their weight for example by vomiting afterwards. Always eat breakfast and lunch so you will be able to eat a normal dinner. Eat when you are physically hungry and stop eating when you are satisfied. Never use food as a drug to treat your anxiety.
