I am 26 male. good health. I have been self employed now for about a year, (mortgage broker). work from home. i have become lazy and have no ambition. When I worked for a company , I worked harder, however always put things off until the last minute. I love my field, however just have no drive to do anything, I am not depressed about anything, nothing in my life has changed drastically . I just have no drive to work, I still go out with friends, and have an active social life. I have no prior medical or family problems. I guess what i am asking, Is there any medication that will make me concentrate more, more drive to work, I just feel like I am lazy and just dont have the ambition to do anything that involves work. I dont feel I have an attention disorder because I can remember things and pay attention when i am interested. I just want to be able to get up in the morning and instead of throwing on the T.V, want to make money, which I can make a boat load of it if I work harder.

It is not possible to make an online diagnosis of your problem. ADHD is very common among brokers, because the impulsive trait is rather good to make a good buisiness.
Many adhd patients do better with a structured environment like school or working for a company. But they run into problems with authorities or co-workers, so they try to start a buisiness of their owns. The lack of attention problem for interesting tasks is a usual feature of adhd (called hyperfocus). This is also true for affective problems related to boring, repetetive tasks. But theses are only two aspects of adhd. This is a life-long diagnosis, so there have to be at least some signs of executive funcktioning problems related to this trait in childhood and later life.
You should try to invest some money in your own health and see a specialist for adhd and related disorders.
