question
Hello,

Three years ago, while I was driving in the centre of small city,I braked suddenly and a bicycle crashed into the back of my car.The first thing i did was stop the car and, without leaving the driver's seat, turn my head to see how was the person who had crashed into my car.Through the back ''windshield"I saw a teenager or young adult still sitting on his bicycle holding his wrist probably feeling pain.As I am a rather timid person with regard to people's angry reactions ,and ralising that the other man had probably suffered only a minor injury, I didnt speak to him and left. After a few months i began developing feelings of guilt pertaining to the fact that the man might have needed my help which i never gave him due to my fears.I would love to be able to know the man's identity so as to simply make sure that he is o.k.However,i know this will never happen.what can i do to banish these negative thoughts that have began turnng into an obsession that causes continuous stress to me?I would appreciate any advice on your part.Thank you in advance.
