male erections by children

Sorry, but I think I posted this wrong the first time and I really need an answer to this question. My therapist told me that it was normal for a man to get the "stirrings" or beginning of an erection from a child who "unwittingly" plays in a sexual manner such as rubbing on his arm and such. He was telling me this from his own experience from his granddaughter. I was very upset by him telling me this and could not finish the session as I was trying to talk to him about how someone in my past explained that little girls seduced grown men into having sex with them. My therapist went on to explain that the difference is in the man who acts on these impulses and the man who resists them. But I am still very tore up because it seems to me that he was telling me that little girls cause men to get aroused simply by sitting on the laps of the men in thier life looking for affection and it is just the "draw of the cards" as to whether they get molested or not. I want to know, is this true. Is this normal behavior for men? Do men really get erections from small children innocently rubbing up against them?

Some small girls can be very seducive, but they need to be surrounded by responsible men. It is criminal for a man to act on his impuls. It is never the girls fault as she is an unaware child. The man has to take full responsibility. If he gets aroused, he can leave the room to calm himself down.
