Hi just recently,, last two weeks or so, I have been waking in the morning with pins and needles in one toe on my left foot. Never had it before but it is happening regularly now, no other pain or things happen just that. Coyuld you tell me if it is a precursor to something else or is it symtomatic of something. I really hope you can help I am a 38 year old male.
