my wife has Lack of trust on me?

my wife has lack of trust about me.she always thinks that i am flirting with other women and i want to have relation with them.in any field she thinks like that like bussiness education or even when we walk in the street she thinks i am looking to other women with a dirty mind.this problem didn't solve by talking.she calls me a liar,untrusted and effeminate.and as much as i try it goes more worse.please tell me how should i behave to make her trust me?

It is not your fault. She might be suffering from paranoid personality disorder. People with this problem believe without reason that the partner is unfaithful. Does she have experience from an unfaithful father or was she betrayed in some other way, when she was a child?
