since my nan died in January I have been having a lot of trouble sleeping, I wake up about 15 times during the night, and as soon as i wake up i feel groggy and like i have been lieing awake throughout the night. I eat healthly and do as much excersise as i can.
I find it difficult to switch my mind off as it's doing overtime and have to sleep with landing light on, as I am am petrified that someone is in the room with me. I am in a steady relatinship where i feel very happy and when i stay over i still find it very difficult getting to sleep. I am constantly tired and fall asleep wherever. I can not concentrate in work and i am feeling very very down about it.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
