Hi I`ve been smoking cannabis every day for 10 years.over the last few years i`ve noticed how much it has affected my mind, my memory and my mood and its not for the better.I feel like im losing my mind, i cant concentrate i have terrible mood swings but i cant stop smoking it. I feel that i need counceling to help me become me again but i could never afford to pay for it.I would be grateful if you could help me find someone who can help me become me again.also any information on how cannabis affects the mind long term. thank you
