sad
My mom died last fall and my dad died about fifteen years ago. My mom had cancer and my dad died of a heart attack. I loved them both very much and we were close. My mom and I were best friends, especially after going through my dad's death when i was 20. Well, I am 34 and married with two kids now and I don't think I am coping well with my mom's death. I express a lot of anger, and a lot of it towards my wife. I am critical, overly controlling, and generally grumpy at home. I seem to have frequent minor ailments that seem to be psychosomatic. And I have recently become very depressed. I had a breakdown yesterday and today and I feel lost. What is going on? What can I do? Who can help? Thank you.

You need psychotherapy, preferably Gestalt therapy or some other psychotherapy, in which you can express all your feelings.
