See a medical doctor to find out if you are suffering from iron deficit or something else. Do not drink cocacola, coffee or tea, as it will make you more tired in the long run. Go to bed much earlier so you have time to sleep enough during the night. Have an alarm clock to remind you to take your medicine. Excercise or go for a walk one hour a day and try to have healthy eating habits.
