Dear Doctor,
I used to have a bad habit of masturbation from the age of fourtneen. I am now 36 years old and married just 2 years ago. Before my marriage I had no sexual relationship with anybody. I used to masturbate once a day for so long years. After marriage I completely left the habit of masturbation but due to this habit I have a real problem of premature ejaculation. I went to see the doctors in my country but we do not have such doctors who specialized in sexology. They gave me medicines but all did not work at all. My wife is always sexually not satisfied. I searched the webpages, they are just money making webpages having no ethics of helping people like me. I am indeed in trouble, I am afraid if this continues for some more time, I am definite I will have divorce paper on my hand from my wife. Please help me.
