First of all i am very pleased to see such a site providing free psycological advice to needy ones as i am on net. I am adult male of 25 years of age. My problem is that i am obsessed with "SEX". I cant help myself stopping me from masturbation as i cant stop myself from viewing explict sexual content on web. This turns me on and I plunge myself again and again into masturbation as this is the only way through which i can release my sexual tensions because of the religious obligations and social norms. But after i complete an act of masturbation, i feel very dejected and angry at myself of what i have done because i know that this practice is not good for my physical health and also not for my mental health &also not allowed in religion.
Please can you suggest something that i should try to stop my affinity for such bad thing as i am mentally very disturbed. One more thing i cannot and will never want to get used to this thing in my life...
