Do not eat rice, bread, cheese or snacks. Eat fish or lean meat and salad for lunch and dinner and berries for breakfast and snacks.
Go on with your excercising. Eat until you are satisfied, but not more. Eat onion, spinach, aubergine, broccoli, cauliflower, green beens, sprouts, sallad, olives, avocado, cucumber, pimiento, leek.
Try to make new and interesting salads and dishes every meal so you will not get bored. If you are a vegetarian, you can use tofu instead of meat.
