I'm 59, physical active and in good health. After lunch I am invaribly sleep and, invaribly, I take a nap--often for an hour. As a result I tend to stay up later in the evening and sleep in in the morning (I have that luxuary being retired). My question is: Is my routine health? Is taking a daily nap a good idea for someone my age. Thanks, Allen

It's very healthy to take a nap during the day time.

This is normal for humans, when we didn't live in societies we would rest and sleep during daytime, it is our modern societies that force us to belive that having a nap during daytime would be something unnatural.
