Would it be possible for you to see a psychotherapist? Panic attacks can contain a message. Lie on your bed and let the panic attack come. Stay there and see what information you get and listen to what your mind tells you. If this works, you may get an understanding of why you are feeling bad and what you can do in order to feel better.
