It is not possible to make any suggestions about a diagnosis of antisocial personality disorder. Maybe you are right, maybe it is a different kind of personality disorder (e.g. narcistic person) or any other severe mental health problem.

But I do not think you will be able to motivate him to see a therapist. And if you were right : There is little chance of success for a pharmacotherapy or psychotherapy of antisocial personality.
