I am not sure that I understand your question, but I think most people feel that it is more fun to have sex when you are in love with someone than having sex with 13 different partners.

People who have sex with many partners without love, often find after a time that they are bored with sex and do not find it satisfying any more.

There is also, of course, a higher risk for contracting sexually transmitted diseases. And having sex with many partners can be a way of suppressing feelings, which a person do not want to experience. In such cases, learning to experience the suppressed feelings will be a better solution.
