I find myself eating late at night most of the time somewhere between 10pm to 12am. I'm always trying to stay away from this habit, but I find it very hard to do. I'm not sure if it's because I don't breakfast or not. It's very hard for me to eat breakfast most of the time becuase I don't have much of an appetite. I'm trying to go on a diet and to excercise more frequently. I would like to know what a good healthy breakfast meal,lunch and dinner would consit of. I would like to start eating more healthy and control the calories that I consume. Please help me, thank you. And also is Atkins milk shake a good breakfast source?

If you cannot manage to stop eating late at night, perhaps you can have your breakfast then. You should eat only when you are hungry and not try to force yourself to eat, when you do not have an appetite. You probably eat at night because you have controlled yourself too much during the day. Listen to your body and eat until you are satisfied, but not more, instead of counting calories. Atkins milk shake is good, if you feel like having it and are hungry. An easy way to eat right is to fill the plate with 1/3 each of potatoes, vegetables and protein.
