HELP what could this be?!?!

Hi ...if you could just help me out. My boyfriend seems to have some mental disorder but i can not figure out what it is and he wont go to the Dr until i find a disorder that seems to fit him. Please just help me narrow it down by looking at his symptoms.

uncontrollable temper
easily irritated
depressed off and on
very hyper off and on
his moods can switch in a matter of minutes and usually dont last more then a day
he says he has so many thoughts that they seem to take over his mind
he also says he feels like someone else is talking to him
Please help me out. I've looked into bipolar disorder bc i thought that fit him at first but he switches moods too frequently for that. Please just show me in the right direction... thank you so much!

The sooner your boyfriend goes to see a psychiatrist the better help is he able to recieve. A psychiatrist can correctly diagnose him. The diagnosis is often schizophrenia, when one hears voices.
