Gestalt therapy might be able to help you. I would ask you to lie down on a couch or on a matress on the floor. Then I would ask you to contact and feel your physical sensations. Probably a lot of strong feelings would come up after a while. After several treatments in this way, you would be more aware of your real feelings and thus be able to solve your problems in a more effective way.
