My dad has had a couple of episodes where we could see that he was repeating sentences and behaving quite crazy. He also became a little violent like he tore the plastic cover sheet of our washing machine.He was also shouting and seemed to be not in control of his limbs and we could see that he was slurring. This happened on both occassions early in the morning b4 he had any breakfast or medicines. He has a heart condition and also suffers from Blood pressure and diabetes. It lasted only for about 10-15 mins both times after which he was fine. He refuses to c a doctor.

Contact your fathers doctor and discuss the problems. Ask the doctor to phone your father.
