Hi,
I had concentration related fear some years ago.that time i got afraid and a fear developed in my Navel portion.that time i tried to overcome it through forgetting the causes of it.but it started growing and effected my daily routine life.i tried controlling it and its controlled upto some limit but i having sometime navel area get beats like heart and i am nt able to control it.thats the problem.just it happens only when i get alone and nothing to in my mind.
