I have tried to quit smoking before. I am not that heavy of a smoker but each time I try to quit I come back to it and get more heavy each time. Earlier in life I only needed like 2 or 3. The most important time is my bedtime smoke usually in the day I could distract myself enough to go without but bedtime I lay awake. Wide awake until I can have one. This is wierd to me. One time I quit for a whole year. Another wierd thing I had a worse cough than ever that whole time I gained 15 pounds and then just gave up the cravings never went away. Started again up to 5 or 6 now per day can't smoke in morning only afternoon evening mornings make me sick. Has anyone else had similar habit to this. I really want to try quitting but if I fail will I just smoke more?? Scared to try. I have arthritis and hypoglycemic is there a connection? Any thoughts
