Last year I lost one of my best friends in a accident while he was on the job. We were at the same position and had same profile in the company. We were quiet good in our work and were appreciated for the same. But since the incident, I have become disillusioned with the whole idea of hard work, life, money, job etc. I have already changed 2 companies since then. I need your advice how to bring back that passion back into my work and leave the incident behind as it is impacting big time in my professional life ....

I don't know from where you are mate, first i'm sorry about your lost of friend. I can imagine how good friends you were and everybody needs a like minded friend and those are not easy available.
When i was living in London I saw on some website that usually there are some clubs of working professional so i will suggest you to check something. there are clubs of businessmen and something similar to those, try to search something like this in your city. give a try and try to meet new people, talk with them and try to know their new ideas and more. and i hope you will find some1 like minded person.
1 thing, i understand you miss your friend and may be remember, but don't compare your friend with the new people you meet. I hope something good will come up for you. GOOD LUCK
