Need advice

It was 13 years that we have got married.
From the starting itself, my husband used to have doubt on me. He used to link me with who ever we would come across even a provision delivery boy.
I have been waiting for a long time with a hope that one day he would become normal, but the conditions becomes worsen. I finaly decide to get divorce from him. Is there any psychiatric problem with him. What should I do?
