Hej, Jag är en tjej på 29 år som har haft ångest och social fobi i många år. Jag är rädd för att möta nya människor, eftersom jag är rädd att alla jag kände dumma och inte tillräckligt bra för andra. Var kan jag få behandling och hur väl en sådan behandling bestå av?
