I take 5mg at bed time as a muscle relaxant after my third neck surgery.I have been on it for about 3 months. i want to stop taking it can i just stop at this dose with no problems or symptoms of withdrawal. i stop three days ago and started with flexeral the muscle relaxant and i feel kinda OUT OF IT!
The issue whether it is best to stop taking valium at once, or whether it is best to stop by incremental reducing the dose, is controversial. Some expert say the one is better, others say the reverse. You will have to find out yourself what is best for you.
