question
It's been almost a year an a half since my 3 year 9 month relationship with my highschool sweetheart, I don't want to think I'm depressed, but now, a week before her birthday, I look back and realize I've ended 3 relationships, quit 2 jobs, moved, and have trouble convincing myself to eat somedays...Is it time I saw a professional? Will these feelings go away on their own?

Letter from a reader: Hi don't worry yourself to see a professional. you are not having such huge problems. It is completely normal to have such feelings in life. Every body does have some confusion in their life, but the problem comes only we ourself as abnormal. If you start noticing your psyche,, this happens naturally. 85 percent of the people they don't like their jobs,,, 90 percent they don't have full attachment in their relationships, but the difference is some start noticing it and they say to themselves SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH ME. Then they think over the problem again and again just to make the things complet. Really to understand, ask yourself the question-- what is the depression? Answer will be like this-- a depression is just a state of mind which goes on wandering and wandering about a problem. It needs just a second to realize .. stop wandering around the problems psychologically.. LIVE THE MOMENT.. problems will dissolve as they come,,, there is no human being on earth without a problem Best of luck RAJPRAKASH27
