I need help of my aggressive mood swing

I need help. I have mood swings that go up and down from happy to agry, I will start fights with my husband for o reason, I have hit him serverly times for no reasons,I can not concentrate half the time and some days I will have a million things and ideals running through my head at once,somedays i will not have any energy to get up out of bed and other days i will stay up for days with no sleep,some days i am so happy and then the next i am so angry and moody, i have thrown things and broke everything in site for no reason, i do things without thinking about them, i am constantly cutting my husband down for no reason,sometimes i feel like crawling out of my skin,i can not sit still some days,i get so angry at my self out of the blue for no reason.somedays i will talk for hours really fast and some i will want to be left alone, i jump at everybody all the time for no reason at all.half of the time i can not remember anything i have done,said or anything. i feel as if i am going crazy and i really need help know and know what this is that i have before i loose my family. please help me.
