One of the ingredients on co-codamol is paracetamol, also known as acetaminophen. Overdosing on this can cause severe liver damage, often leading to death. If you have taken more than 4 grams (0.14 oz) of paracetamol/acetaminophen in 24 hours or less, you should get to a hospital emergency room immediately!! Rapid treatment can reduce the risk of liver damage.
The other ingredient in co-codamol, codeine, is a suppressant, which in high doses can cause death. But since you are alive, this does not seem to be a problem. Avoid other suppressants, such as alcohol, for a few days to avoid the dangerous effects of combining several suppressants.
