i was wondering if you could help me overcome an anxiety problem... it is a very personal matter and you would be the second of two people who know about it ... if you grant me permission only then shall i divulge the details...

Read our article about anxiety self-treatment.

If this does not help, you need help from a good psychotherapist. Preferably a Gestalt or CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) therapist, because their methods work faster.
