Tired of addiction to masturbation

hi, i am a student in nigeria and i have been addicted to masturbation for the past five years but i seriously want to stop as it is affecting me emotionally and physically.please give me a solution

There are medicines which reduce the sex drive. You can select a dosage which stops addiction but allows normal sex. Ask a psychiatrist.

Otherwise, in general, the same methods are used for most kinds of addiction.
