question
I need help in finding out if I have an eating disorder. I need to know if I went to my GP if they would come to that conclusion. I'm 5'5 and weigh 7st. My bones stick out and I sleep on a quilt to prevent me getting sore. I do eat and I dont throw up after I've eaten. I suppose I dont eat as much as I should but I dont starve myself. Please help me to sort this out!!!

Check your ideal weight.

You will see that with your weight and height, you are underweight, on the limit for anorexia nervosa. This is probably the cause of your problems. Read our articles about anorexia nervosa.
