Memory loss, speech distortion

I moved with my husband one and a half year back to the UK. Since then, failed to find any job and experienced a lot of lonliness. Problems at home and with in-laws keep my mind restless. Recently, I observed that my memory fails, can't remember names, meanings of words, day-to-day activities and my speech suddenly becomes sluggish and distorted. No fluency. Put on a lot of weight.
