Screaming voices in my head

Hi, when i was younger somtimes i would hear voices screaming in my head and things seemed to be moving at the speed of light or spinning really fast, even if i was sitting still.. A lot of the times it would happen when i was going to the bathroom or about to throw up, but it happened a lot out of nowhere too.. I'm in my 20's now and i started getting it again.. I try to lay still but my mind seems to be scribbling and talking loudly and really fast in my head, i can't think straight and my mind seems to think everything is moving really fast or spinning just like when i was younger.. It happens rarely and only lasts 4-5 minutes, but during those few minutes i feel like screaming and shaking violently, but i just breath really fast.. i thought it might be ptsd, but i read about it and it said that you keep remembering a traumatising memory when you have spells, but when i have mine my mind is just scribbling and not making sense.. ive had some traumatic experiances in my life, but i'm still hesitant to think its ptsd.. i also have no sex drive, frequent anxiety attacks, and i am told often that i am too sensative and get offended too easily, i also have social problems.. Do you have any idea what it could be? Thankyou..

Hearing voices can be one of the symptoms, if you are suffering from schizophrenia. But you need to consult a psychiatrist for diagnosis and perhaps treatment.
