Relations Problem

Hello I am 33 yrs old unmarried lady . I was fine till 32 yrs old but 6 months back I registered in a social networking site & got lot of male friends it was a good relationship except with one guy. He induced me & kept talking to me for 4 months and convinced me to have physical relationship with me. It was not intercourse but a kind of foreplay. Now my marriage is fixed with someone else.My guilty concious is pricking me got rid of all those hanky panky relationship but i feel very guilty. What can be done? Am I a Sinner?
